They cause blood sugar to rise quickly and then drop suddenly, leading to fatigue. Therefore, avoid letting your wife eat parathas or other oily foods during Sargi. Alternatively, you can make overnight soaked oats for her. Add chia seeds, dried fruits, and seasonal fruits to milk or yogurt and let it steep overnight.
