The case is of Saidpura village of Mughalsarai Kotwali area. Shamsher, a youth living here, got married to Khushi, a girl from Mawai Khurd, on June 4. After the wedding, when the guests left the house, the newly wed bride expressed her desire to go out to her husband. After this, both of them came to Mughalsarai on June 14. During this time, both of them started eating chaat in the market. While eating chaat, the married woman suddenly disappeared. The husband got upset with this. He searched a lot for his wife, but she was not found.

Then the husband filed a missing report of his wife in Mughalsarai police station. On the basis of the complaint, the police registered a missing report and started investigating the case. On Tuesday, the police recovered the married woman from Varanasi with her lover. After this, her husband was informed. On receiving the information, husband Shamsher reached Mughalsarai police station with his family. There, a panchayat was held for hours. The married woman's lover lives in a nearby locality.

CO Rajiv Sisodia said that after hours of panchayat at the police station, it was decided that all three are adults and the newly married Khushi wants to live with her lover. All three families agreed to this and after that the police handed over Khushi to her lover Sonu.
