Education department investigation found flaws
The Education Department has issued a notice to the school in this case. The report, bolded, states that an inspection revealed negligence in the safety of children. The school lacked adequate security personnel and attendants. Furthermore, the accident scene was cleaned with water, which demonstrates the school administration's negligence. This indicates serious negligence.
There was no iron mesh
Furthermore, according to the report, the D Block of the school building is a five-story building. Stair railings lacked iron grills, ensuring the safety of children up to grade 8. The ground floor's open space was also devoid of nets. For the safety of children, there were no security guards or attendants on each floor, so they could be stopped if they went upstairs.
