Roasted Makhana
- Ingredients: 1 cup makhana, rock salt (fasting salt), black pepper powder.
- Method: Heat a pan and add the makhanas. Stir-fry over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, until they become crispy. Turn off the heat and immediately add rock salt and black pepper powder.
Veg Tikka
- Ingredients: Paneer cubes, curd, rock salt, black pepper powder, ginger-green chilli paste.
- Method: Combine yogurt, rock salt, black pepper, and ginger-green chili paste in a bowl. Add the paneer cubes and mix well. Bake in an air fryer or oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Sabudana Khichdi
- Ingredients: 1 cup sago (soaked), 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, 1 boiled potato (chopped), green chillies, rock salt.
- Method: Heat a pan and add peanuts. Lightly roast them and remove. Add chopped potatoes and green chilies to the same pan and fry. Now add the soaked tapioca pearls, roasted peanuts, and rock salt. Cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Fruit Chaat
- Ingredients: Fruits of your choice (apple, banana, pomegranate, papaya), rock salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice.
- Method: Chop all the fruits. Combine the chopped fruits, rock salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
