National Weather Forecast: Monsoon reaches Mumbai after a delay of 13 days, yellow alert issued for thunderstorm and rain Rajasthan today

The monsoon arrived in Mumbai on Tuesday after a delay of 13 days. Usually, the monsoon reaches Mumbai by June 10. As soon as the monsoon arrived, heavy rains continued in many areas of the city. According to the Meteorological Department, the southwest monsoon has advanced into Telangana, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and some areas of Bihar. It may reach Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh in the next 2-3 days. After this, it will also enter Uttar Pradesh in 3-4 days.

Weather is changing in Rajasthan too.
Monsoon is raining in many states of the country but the heat wave is still continuing in Rajasthan. Although there is a decrease in temperature and heatwave, but the sun is still making people sweat. According to the Meteorological Department, Jaipur, many strong weather systems have become active simultaneously over the state. According to the Meteorological Department, due to these conditions, the activities of sudden thunderstorm, intense lightning, thunderstorm and rain along with lightning have intensified in many parts of eastern and western Rajasthan.

Yellow alert issued:
In the last 24 hours, the highest maximum temperature of the state was recorded at 40.8 degree Celsius in Barmer. However, after the storm and rain that started late in the evening, a huge drop in the temperature of the state has been recorded. The weather has completely changed in the capital Jaipur, Kotputli, Behror, Dausa and Alwar. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for these districts. Due to its effect, sudden strong winds with a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour can blow in Jaipur and the surrounding areas and light to moderate rain can occur along with dust storm.
