Mumbai: Massage Home Service: A case of assault has come to light in Mumbai's Wadala area during a massage service booked through the Urban Company app. The victim has accused the massage provider of assaulting her, pulling her hair, and punching her in the face. A video of the entire incident is rapidly going viral on social media, showing a heated argument between the two women, followed by a scuffle.

Chaos before home massage!

According to reports, a 46-year-old woman booked a massage service at her Wadala home through the Urban Company app to relieve a stiff shoulder. The masseuse arrived on time, but a dispute broke out between the two before the service began. The victim alleges that the masseuse brought a large massage bed with her, which she objected to. Furthermore, she found her behavior inappropriate, leading her to immediately cancel the session and initiate a refund process on the app.

Serious allegations against Urban Company Service

Massage Home Service: It is alleged that the masseuse got enraged after the booking was cancelled and first started abusing, which soon turned into a scuffle. According to the victim, the masseuse pulled her hair, punched her on the face and pushed her on the ground, due to which she got several scratches on her body. When the woman's son tried to intervene, the accused woman pushed him away as well. During this, the son shouted that the masseuse entered the house and beat up his mother.

Following the incident, the victim immediately informed the police, however, the accused woman fled the scene before the police arrived. Wadala police have launched an investigation. During the investigation, they discovered some technical errors regarding the identity and name of the masseuse on the app, which were later corrected.
