LPG Booking Rules: Changes in LPG gas booking rules, do this today, otherwise you will not get the cylinder

There have been several changes to the rules for LPG gas cylinders. You must follow these rules when booking LPG gas. If you're booking gas, you should be aware of these things. Now, eKYC is required for gas cylinder booking.

The government has made Aadhaar biometric eKYC mandatory for LPG gas holders. This rule has now been implemented for all gas connections. If you don't complete eKYC, you won't receive a gas cylinder. Bookings won't be possible.

The government and oil companies say this rule has been implemented to prevent fraudulent connections and incorrect gas bookings. For several days, multiple connections have been obtained in the same person's name, leading to fraudulent LPG bookings. Therefore, Indane, Bharat Gas, and HP Gas have now made Aadhaar KYC mandatory.

Aadhaar KYC for LPG gas booking is very easy. You need to go to your nearest gas agency or distributor to complete the KYC. You will be asked for your Aadhaar number, followed by biometric verification. You can also complete the KYC online using a mobile app. This process only takes one time.
