Indian electric two-wheeler brand Linetic Green has launched its latest electric scooter — the Kinetic DX, available in two variants: DX and DX+. The scooter comes with a 3-year/30,000 km warranty, which can be extended up to 9 years or 1 lakh kilometers, making it one of the most durable electric scooters in its segment.

• Price: ₹1.12 lakh to ₹1.18 lakh (ex-showroom)

Strong Competition

The Kinetic DX will take on electric scooters like the Bajaj Chetak Electric, TVS iQube, Honda Activa e, Ather Rizta, Ola S1 Pro, and Vida VX2.

A Legacy Nameplate Returns

Interestingly, the Kinetic DX nameplate was originally launched in 1984 under a joint venture with Honda Japan. The earlier model ran on a 98cc 2-stroke engine and was sold till 2007. The new DX, however, is completely electric and represents a modern rebirth of the brand’s legacy.
