IRCTC has decided to run the Bharat Gaurav train for the devotees. This special train is leaving on a divine journey through South India on 28th July. This 13-day journey will start from Pathankot Cantt station and will take the passengers to the major pilgrimage places of South India like Tirupati, Rameswaram, Madurai, Kanyakumari, and Mallikarjuna. This train will start from Pathankot Cantt station. That is, you can board the train after visiting Mata Vaishno Devi. Its major boarding points include Jalandhar City, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Ambala Cantt, Kurukshetra, Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Mathura, Agra Cantt, and Gwalior. Overall, this journey will be 12 nights and 13 days, the return of which is scheduled on 9 August.

Seats are available in three categories for the journey - Sleeper Class (640 seats), 3AC Standard (70 seats), and 2AC Comfort (50 seats). The fare has also been kept quite affordable. Sleeper Class ₹30,135 (about Rs 2500 per day), 3AC ₹43,370, and 2AC ₹57,470 per person (all rates including GST). This package includes train tickets as well as daily meals, comfortable accommodation, an AC/non-AC bus for sightseeing, a tour escort, security, and a first aid facility.
