Khan Sir: An FIR was filed against Khan Sir on Friday. Following this, there was a lot of commotion outside Khan Global Studies. Khan Sir's arrest could happen at any time. A high-voltage drama unfolded throughout Friday night. Crowds of students gathered outside the coaching center from Friday night until Saturday morning. Police repeatedly appealed to them to disperse, but they remained stationed outside.

The police are now searching for Khan Sir in this case. Because the BNS sections under which this case has been registered are non-bailable, the case has been registered under Section 109 (attempt to murder) of the BNS, and 25(9)/27/35 of the Arms Act. Under these sections, the police can arrest Khan Sir at any time. A police team also reached the Khan Global Institute campus in Mussallahpur in search of Khan Sir, but he was not found there.

Know about Section 109 of the BNS

Section 109 is imposed when a person intentionally attempts to kill another person but fails.
It involves attacking someone with a knife, gun, or other dangerous weapon.
Punishment is imprisonment up to 10 years and a fine.
Attempted murder is considered extremely serious. Given this seriousness, it has been made non-bailable. This means that the accused will not be granted bail after their arrest.

Police may try again today

The police may try again today to arrest Khan Sir. They attempted this on Friday, but a large crowd of students gathered outside the coaching center and chanted slogans in support of Khan Sir. Consequently, the police were unable to reach Khan Sir. They could arrest him at any time today.

This is the whole matter

On June 2nd, at 10:30 pm, a dispute broke out between Khan Global Studies Academy and Gyan Bindu Coaching Academy. A scuffle ensued, and Khan Global's guard, Chunchun, suffered a head injury. Based on a statement from Khan Global's manager, Kanhaiya Prasad Singh, the police arrested Gyan Bindu's director, Roshan Anand, and two others, Abhishek and Gaurav, and sent them to jail.

Meanwhile, on June 2nd, a video of two of Khan's personal security guards firing shots went viral. Police questioned Khan. He stated that the two men whose video of the shooting went viral were his personal security guards. Guards Pradeep Kumar and Talebar Singh were subsequently questioned. They revealed that at 10:30 pm on June 2nd, some violent individuals appeared outside Khan Global Coaching and assaulted and injured Chunchun, the security guard posted at the gate.

They also tore down the banners and posters at the gate. There was a lot of commotion. We two guards came out with our weapons, along with Khan Sir. Meanwhile, Khan Sir told them, "What are you looking at? Just fire on the crowd. We'll see what happens." Then they fired two rounds each.
