Hyundai Launches New Exter Pro Pack Variant Ahead of Festive Season, Priced Under ₹8 Lakh

Hyundai has introduced a new Pro Pack variant of its popular micro SUV, the Exter, just in time for the festive season. The new variant is priced at under ₹8 lakh, making it an attractive option in the compact SUV market.

What’s New in the Exter Pro Pack?

The 2025 Hyundai Exter Pro Pack gets cosmetic and functional upgrades, including:

  • New side sill garnish and wheel arch cladding

  • A fresh Titan Grey matte exterior paint option

  • Dashcam feature, earlier exclusive to the SX Tech and SX Connect trims, now extended to the SX (O) AMT variant

Other design and feature aspects remain unchanged from the standard model.

Engine and Performance

The Hyundai Exter continues with the trusted 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, delivering:

  • 83 hp power and 114 Nm torque

  • Gearbox choices: 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT

  • CNG variant available with manual transmission, producing 69 hp and 95.2 Nm torque

Hyundai claims mileage of 19.4 kmpl (manual), 19.2 kmpl (AMT), and an impressive 27.10 km/kg (CNG).

Tarun Garg, COO of Hyundai Motor India, said the Exter Pro Pack combines bold styling, advanced features, and enhanced safety for customers. He added that the new look and added options will strengthen Hyundai’s position in the fast-growing micro SUV segment.

The updated Exter is now offered in over 10 colour choices, including Atlas White, Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Starry Night, Cosmic Blue, Abyss Black, and the newly launched Titan Grey Matte.
