First, open the Facebook app on your phone and log in to your account.

Step 1: Open the Facebook menu.
After opening the Facebook app, tap the Menu (☰) option at the top or bottom. Its location may vary depending on your phone and version of the Facebook app.

Step 2: Go to Settings & Privacy
Now tap on Settings & Privacy option and then open Settings.

Step 3: Find the Blocking option.
Go to the Blocking option under Privacy in Settings. Here you'll see a list of people you've blocked from your Facebook account.

Step 4: View the Blocked People List.
You can now see which Facebook users you've blocked. If you want to unblock someone again, you can use the Unblock option next to their name.
