How to hide your number and email address using the mobile app:

First, open the Facebook app on your phone and go to your profile.
Below your profile pic or scroll down a little, you will find the option 'See your About info', click on it.
Now scroll down to the 'Contact Info' section, where your phone number and email ID will be visible.
Click on the 'Edit' option given in front of your phone number or email.
There will be a privacy icon (Audience Selector) there (which can be set to Public or Friends). Click on it .
Select the 'Only Me' option from the list. This will completely hide your number or email and no one other than you will be able to see it.

Finally click on the 'Save' button.
