Add half a teaspoon of celery and half a teaspoon of cumin to a glass of water and soak overnight. In the morning, boil this water for 5-7 minutes, strain, and drink it hot.
Fennel water
has long been used as a natural remedy for acidity and bloating. Drinking fennel water daily can help promote weight loss and improve digestion. Crush 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds, boil them in 1 cup of water for 3 to 5 minutes, and then consume.
