On Monday morning, more than 30 schools in Gujarat were threatened via email with bomb threats. Upon receiving the information, police teams, along with bomb disposal and search squads, immediately arrived at the scene.

DAV International School in Makarba, Ahmedabad, Asia School in Vastrapur, and A-One School in the Satellite area have received threatening emails. Nirma University also received a similar threat, which read, "We will turn Gujarat into Khalistan and there will be an explosion in the school."

These schools in Vadodara received threats

Similarly, Vadodara's renowned DR Amin, Urmi, and Nalanda schools received similar email threats. Baroda High School, Navyug School, Jeevan Sadhna School in Bagikhana, AWS in Dabhoi, and Shanan School in Khodiyarnagar also received threats.

Investigation into the matter begins

Upon learning of the threatening email, the school administration immediately informed the police, and a police team, along with a fire brigade, arrived at the scene. Bomb disposal squads and search teams inspected the schools and evacuated them. As a precaution, Vadodara school administrators immediately sent children home and evacuated the Urmi School hostel.
