Initially this feature was made available in beta version for some selected users. But now it is gradually reaching more users. To use this feature, the user has to long press on his scheduled message. Then, he has to tap on the Remind Me or Bell icon visible at the top. Options of 2 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours or custom time are given. After the set time, a preview of that message is also shown along with the notification.

While the Star feature saves the message, you have to go back to the chat to find it.
