Following PM Narendra Modi's appeal to people not to buy gold, silver prices have skyrocketed again today. Silver prices have seen a significant jump today.

According to reports, according to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association, the price of one kilogram of silver rose by ₹11,620 today. This brings the price of one kilogram to ₹267,820. Previously, on Monday, the price was recorded at ₹2.56 lakh per kilogram. Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold also saw a significant jump today.

The price of this gold has increased by Rs 1,592 per ten grams. This brings the price of 24-carat gold to Rs 1,51,954. On Monday, the price of this gold was Rs 1,50,362 per 10 grams. It should be noted that so far this year, gold has become dearer by Rs 18,755 and silver by Rs 37,400. Both priced metals are becoming increasingly out of reach for the common man.
