A shocking domestic violence incident has been reported from Ghaziabad, where a young man was seriously injured after his wife allegedly bit off a portion of his tongue during an argument. The incident occurred in the Modinagar area, and the injured man remains in critical condition at a hospital.

The incident took place in Sanjaypuri village of Modinagar. According to local reports, the victim, Vipin, had married Isha, a resident of Meerut, about a year ago. On Sunday, a dispute reportedly broke out between the couple over cooking-related issues. Although the argument initially subsided, tensions resurfaced later that night.

Police sources said the argument escalated, and in a moment of extreme anger, the wife allegedly bit Vipin’s tongue, causing severe bleeding. Family members immediately rushed him to a nearby hospital, where doctors described his condition as serious.

Following the incident, the situation further deteriorated when Isha’s parents arrived at the village after being informed of the matter. Instead of easing tensions, an argument reportedly broke out between both families, which soon escalated into a physical confrontation.

A video showing a heated clash between members of both families has since gone viral on social media, adding to the tension surrounding the case. Police have taken note of the footage and are investigating the sequence of events.

Authorities are currently examining the matter and are expected to take further action based on medical reports and statements from both sides.
