Underworld Don Haji Mastan: Haseen Mastan Mirza, daughter of underworld don Haji Mastan, has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for justice. She alleges sexual harassment, forced marriage, and illegal property seizures. Haseen says this all began after her father Haji Mastan's death when she was just 12 years old.

Haseen Mastan Mirza: Haseen Mastan Mirza, daughter of underworld don Haji Mastan, has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah for justice in the case of sexual assault, forced marriage, and illegal seizure of his property. Haseen alleged that her maternal uncle's son, Naseer Hussain, attempted to sexually assault her in 1996 when she was just 12 years old and later forcibly married her. Haseen Mastan clarified that what she suffered had nothing to do with her father Haji Mastan's identity while he was alive and that it began only after his death. Haseen Mastan Mirza stated that she was a minor at the time of these crimes. Haseen claimed that she was raped, subjected to constant mental and physical abuse, and deprived of his property by concealing her identity.

Haseen Mirza told her story

Haseen Mirza said, "I have requested our Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to make the laws so strict that these criminals, who are committing crimes openly, feel afraid. That was my main demand." Haseen Mirza said, "I was raped, an attempt was made to kill me, my unborn child was killed, I was forced into marriage, and then after all this, I was left to die on the streets; I had no money, nothing."

She said she has been fighting this case since 2013, but financial constraints prevented her from pursuing it. Haseen also alleged that she received no assistance from the police during this time. She said, "The police never helped me. If they had helped me, my mother would have been with me, and I would have received justice." She further stated that Prime Minister Modi's intervention could ensure that the case is not ignored. She added that if PM Modi helps, no one will be able to ignore it.

Recalling a painful incident from her teenage years, Haseen said, "When I had an abortion at the age of 14, my aunt called the police and tried to send me to a juvenile home. The police came to our house and learned I was only 14, but they still didn't help me." She added that she attempted suicide after her divorce in 2010 due to prolonged distress.

Haseen said the crimes against her were committed because of greed and her father's wealth. "If I hadn't been born Haji Mastan's daughter, I wouldn't have faced these challenges. The criminals saw money. My father died, and they thought they could take all our money. Money is the reason behind all this, including the rape and forced marriage. My ex-husband even told me he raped me because I was Haji Mastan's daughter."

Haseen Mirza stressed that she doesn't want her father's name tarnished. However, my father earned a lot of blessings during his lifetime; he helped many people. I don't want his name tarnished. He was a very good man. I am proud to be his daughter, and I am fighting this case only because of him.

Mirza dismissed speculation about joining politics.

Rejecting speculation about joining politics, she said she has no such ambitions. "I know many people in politics, but I don't want to get into it. I don't understand politics. I just want politicians, whoever is in power, like the BJP right now, to do their work honestly." Haseen said she supports Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's bulldozer action and said, "I even tweeted about it. I want him to come to Mumbai and bulldoze my bungalow where criminals are hiding. Whatever happened to me, my ex-husband raped me. CM Yogi gets such people killed in encounters. Under his rule, victims get justice."

Haseen also revealed that she was invited to participate in the reality show "Bigg Boss," but declined the offer due to concerns about her mental health. Her appeal comes after a video she shared on Instagram last week, in which she spoke about her long fight for justice and once again appealed to Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Shah to intervene, claiming she had been denied justice for years. In the video, she praised the Prime Minister's decision to ban triple talaq but appealed for stricter laws to ensure speedy justice in cases like hers, alleging that religious law in Islam was being misused. She said that the way the Triple Talaq Bill was passed reflects the support and blessings of women, who, she said, felt relieved after the end of this unjust practice.
