Chief Minister Mahila Rojgar Yojana: Good news for women arrived just a day after the new government announced its expansion in Bihar. Women who applied for ₹2 lakh may soon receive the money in their accounts.
Nitish Kumar is no longer the Chief Minister of Bihar. Consequently, 18.1 million women in the state were worried about whether they would receive further funds under the Chief Minister's Women's Employment Scheme. In November last year, before the Bihar Assembly elections, ₹10,000 each was transferred to women's accounts. It was also promised that women with successful businesses would receive an additional ₹2 lakh (200,000).
This ₹2 lakh (200,000 rupees) is to be disbursed in four installments. The first installment is ₹20,000, and government verification for this has already been confirmed. Now, following the cabinet expansion of Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary in Bihar, an important update has emerged. Upon assuming the position of Rural Development Minister, Shravan Kumar announced that the second installment will be sent to the Jeevika Didi's (Jeevika Didi's) soon.
Shravan Kumar took charge
Shravan Kumar has been appointed to the Information and Public Relations and Rural Development portfolios in the Samrat cabinet. He assumed charge of the departments on Friday. During a conversation, he stated that money would soon be transferred to women's accounts.
The money will come in 4 installments.
Women who received the first installment of ₹10,000 each under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana will receive additional assistance of up to ₹2 lakh as the second installment. This money will be distributed in four installments, and women have been waiting for it for a long time. Applicant women will also be required to contribute their own money at each stage. The next installment of this scheme will provide assistance of up to ₹20,000, with women having to contribute ₹5,000.
Similarly, ₹40,000 is given in the second phase, ₹80,000 in the third phase, and ₹60,000 in the fourth and final phase. Women will have to contribute ₹10,000 and ₹20,000 for the second and third phases, respectively.
Will the money from the Women Employment Scheme come into your account?
Now the question is, will all the women who have received ₹10,000 each also receive the next installment of ₹2 lakh in their accounts? Let us tell you, no, this will not happen. This money will only be given to those women who started their business with ₹10,000 and managed it well. After this, they need additional funds to expand their business and have applied for this through the Jeevika group. If you have submitted the relevant documents after applying to the Jeevika office and your loan application has been approved, the money may soon be credited to your account.
What is the Chief Minister's Women Employment Scheme, how will the application be made?
