Sometimes children have so much pressure of studies that they forget everything they remember. In such a situation, you should consume some such things which will make your brain sharp and will also increase your ability to think and remember.

These superfoods are rich in flavonoids, omega-3, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that help keep brain cells healthy and improve memory.
Walnuts

Walnuts, which are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants, increase the efficiency of brain cells and improve memory. A handful of walnuts is the best option for small snacks.
Blueberries

These small berries are rich in 'flavonoids', which help in improving memory and concentration by increasing blood flow to the brain. Eat a bowl of blueberries every day, especially during exam preparation.
Pumpkin Seeds

Rich in magnesium, zinc and iron, these seeds speed up the brain's signaling system and reduce mental fatigue. You can eat pumpkin seeds by adding them to salads or roasted snacks.
Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate with 70% or more cocoa contains flavonoids, some caffeine and magnesium. It increases memory power and also improves mood. But keep the quantity of dark chocolate in control.
Leafy Greens
