Avinash said that a nude video of him was also made. He said that his mobile phone was kept with him from 9 pm to 1:30 am. Avinash said that he went to Tej Pratap's house with a relative. Tej Pratap lured him inside under assurances and then had him beaten.

He said that on Sunday he attended a reception at Khan Sir's house, where Tej Pratap snatched his mobile phone. Later, he was called to his residence at number 26. There, his associates assaulted him and forced him to abuse Subodh Rai and Satyendra Rai, but he refused. Avinash claims that he was beaten up by a man named Vivek Prakash. He said that Vivek Prakash asked him to abuse RJD leaders, but he did not. He said that the exposed image of Tej Pratap Yadav has now made him lose faith in him. He has demanded legal action regarding this entire incident.
