Bollywood star singer Kumar Sanu has made a major revelation about underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. In an interview, he revealed his experiences with the underworld in the 1990s, saying that music directors Nadeem and Anu Malik took him to Dubai to sing at a birthday party where underworld don Dawood Ibrahim was also present. He realized the seriousness of the matter when photos appeared in newspapers.

Also in this interview, Kumar Sanu revealed that he sang at gangster Abu Salem's show. He did so despite police warnings and threats of arrest. He cited his compulsion to sing.

Kumar Sanu revealed that Nadeem took him to Dubai. He was only told that he had to sing at someone's birthday party. Dawood Ibrahim was sitting there with his family. Anu Malik was also present. Kumar Sanu is considered one of Bollywood's most renowned singers.
