Uttar Pradesh AIMIM spokesperson Shadab Chauhan questioned Suvendu Adhikari's election as Chief Minister, saying the BJP chose someone who openly flouts the Constitution.

AIMIM raised questions on Shubhendu Adhikari

AIMIM spokesperson Shadab Chauhan said on the election of Suvendu Adhikari as the leader of the legislative party, "The people have elected him, and we respect his decision. However, it is a great irony that the election of a person who openly flouts the Constitution, challenges the democratic system, and speaks of one religion is disappointing."

Shadab Chauhan said that there were other people in the BJP who could have been elected. I hope that Suvendu Adhikari will strive to abide by the Constitution he swears by, will not conspire to label any Indian citizen a foreigner, will not commit atrocities, and will work to deliver justice.
