Shah Rukh Khan is preparing for his much-awaited return to the big screen with King, which is scheduled to release in theatres on December 24. The film has already generated considerable excitement, especially after the release of its first song, which reportedly set a new record for views within 23 hours.

Another reason fans are looking forward to the film is the reported cameo appearances by Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor Khan. While Deepika is expected to share romantic moments with Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena is reportedly set to feature in a special dance number.

Interestingly, this will not be the first time the two actresses have appeared in the same film. They previously shared the screen in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again.

Deepika and Kareena Previously Worked Together in Singham Again

Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor Khan were last seen together in the 2024 action film Singham Again, directed by Rohit Shetty.

The film featured a large ensemble cast, including Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor.

Kareena played the wife of Ajay Devgn's character, Bajirao Singham, while Deepika appeared as Shakti Shetty, a police officer who brings an action-packed presence to the story.

One memorable sequence shows Kareena's character in danger, with Deepika among the police officers who come to her rescue.

How Much Did Singham Again Earn at the Box Office?

Despite receiving mixed reactions, Singham Again recorded a substantial box office collection.

According to Sacnilk, the film earned approximately ₹372.41 crore worldwide. Its India net collection stood at around ₹247.86 crore.

Released during the Diwali festive period, the big-budget action drama attracted audiences with its star-studded cast and connection to Rohit Shetty's popular cop universe.

Kareena's performance and Deepika's action-oriented role were among the film's talking points.

Will Kareena and Deepika Share Screen Space in King?

Both actresses are reportedly part of Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film King, but their appearances are expected to be separate cameos rather than full-length roles.

Deepika is expected to appear in a special sequence with Shah Rukh Khan, while Kareena is reportedly associated with a dance number.

Whether the two actresses will share a scene in King remains unclear. Their appearances are expected to take place at different points in the film, although fans will be eager to see them together once again.

With Shah Rukh Khan's comeback, special appearances by popular actresses and a major festive-season release, King is already attracting significant attention ahead of its theatrical debut.
