According to reports, the victim has made serious allegations against her own company's CEO, the female executive head, and her husband. According to media reports, the victim said she is a resident of Udaipur and works for a private company. On December 20th, the company organized an end-of-year party and the CEO's birthday party. The party began around 9 p.m. and continued until around 1:30 a.m. on December 21st. Alcohol was consumed and dancing continued late into the night.

The victim said that when her health started deteriorating, some people were asking her to drop her home. Meanwhile, the female executive head of the company sent the other guests away. It is alleged that at around 1:45 in the night, the female executive head made the victim sit in her own car, the husband of the female executive head was in the driving seat of the car and the CEO of the company was also present, all three left the car on the pretext of dropping the victim home, something like a cigarette was bought from a shop on the way and was given to the victim too, after smoking it, the victim became completely unconscious.

After this, the CEO and the husband of the female executive head raped her. The victim told that all the three accused did this act one by one without her consent. Despite repeated requests, she was dropped home at around 5 in the morning. The next day when she regained full consciousness, the victim found injury marks on her body. One of her earrings, socks and undergarments were missing, there was pain and wounds in her private parts and other parts of the body. After this, the victim checked the audio video of her car's dashcam, in which the entire incident was found recorded.
