Imran Khan Shouts ‘Jai Hind’ After Release
Imran Khan, Zayn Marie and Lekha Washington were reportedly released after being detained for several hours.
A video of Imran following his release circulated on social media, showing him shouting “Jai Hind.” He reportedly said that he and the others had spent around two hours in a police van before being dropped at another location.

Around 400 People Reportedly Detained in Mumbai
The protest was reportedly organised following a call by Tushar Gandhi, the great-grandson of Mahatma Gandhi. Demonstrators gathered in the vicinity of August Kranti Maidan, near Nana Chowk, to demand the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
