UP School Closed: On the instructions of DM, District Basic Education Officer Farrukhabad Vishwanath Pratap Singh has issued orders to close all government and private schools till December 20.

Due to the severe cold and a cold wave in Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, all schools in the district have been announced closed. Due to the increasing cold, cold wave, and dense fog in the district, all schools from nursery to 12th grade will remain closed until December 20th.

On the instructions of Farrukhabad District Magistrate Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi, all schools in the district from nursery to class 12 have been announced closed. The DM has made it clear that strict action will be taken against school operators who do not comply with the issued instructions.

Order to keep schools closed from nursery to 12th

In the order issued by BSA, it has been said that in compliance with the weather forecast/warning issued by the Meteorological Department and the permission granted by the District Magistrate Farrukhabad, this decision has been taken in view of the difficulties faced by the students in commuting and in the interest of the students in case of extreme cold, cold wave, dense fog in the district.

The order declared a holiday on December 19th and 20th in all council schools, non-government-aided schools, and recognized schools from nursery to 12th grade. The BSA ordered that all teachers and other staff members attend school regularly and comply with election duties, departmental duties, and orders from higher authorities.

Failure to comply with these orders will result in strict disciplinary action against the school administrator. These instructions have been issued to all schools. It should be noted that Uttar Pradesh is experiencing severe fog and cold these days. Due to this, school timings have been changed in many districts.
