PM Kisan Yojana: How new farmers can register in PM Kisan Yojana, know 5 easy steps!

The central government runs various schemes for farmers, providing them with financial assistance and compensation for crop losses, among other benefits. One such scheme is PM Kisan Yojana, under which lakhs of farmers across the country get financial assistance of Rs 6,000 annually. Just a few weeks ago, Prime Minister Modi had transferred funds directly into the accounts of more than 9 crore farmers under this scheme. The number of beneficiaries of this scheme is increasing every year, so if you are a new farmer and have not yet applied for this scheme, we will guide you through five easy steps.

Under PM Kisan Yojana, financial assistance of Rs 6,000 is distributed in three instalments. A total of 16 instalments have been released so far under this scheme. It is being said that the 17th instalment amount can be given to the farmers in the month of June. Therefore, you can register for the scheme immediately to avail the upcoming instalment.

Here are the five steps:

Visit the official website of PM Kisan Yojana pmkisan.gov.in and click on the “Farmers Corner” option.

You will see “New Farmer Registration” here, where you have to enter your Aadhar number and mobile number.

After entering the mobile number, select your state and an OTP will be sent to your phone. Enter the OTP and click on the “Proceed for Registration” option.

Here many types of information will be asked from you. After filling it, you have to click on the “Aadhaar Authentication” button.

Finally, you will have to upload all the information and documents related to your farm. You will then receive a message confirming your registration for the scheme. In this way, you can register for PM Kisan Yojana.
