A month after Xiaomi launched the Watch 5 Active, the smartphone company is now all set to launch the Watch 5 lite in India. Redmi has confirmed on social media that the watch will be launched on September 25. The smartwatch will feature a large 1.96-inch AMOLED display. It has also been teased to come with Alexa support and 5ATM water resistance. Along with this, users will also get Bluetooth calling feature, allowing them to make calls directly from their wrist.

Redmi wrote on Twitter, "The new #RedmiWatch5Lite features an AMOLED display that will elevate your style quotient - perfect for all your adventures. Are you ready to flex and #MakeYourMove? Because we definitely are! Mark your calendars: Launching on September 25, 2024."

The design of this watch is very good and it has a large 2-inch LCD display. Its brightness can be increased up to 500 nits. This watch is very light and the strap that comes with it is also very comfortable. This watch, which runs on HyperOS, has more than 200 cloud watch faces, out of which more than 50 can be changed according to your choice. It also supports Hindi language and has built-in Alexa. You can also change ringtones and emojis in it. Its battery is very good, which can last up to 18 days in normal use and 12 days in heavy use. A magnetic cable is used to charge it.

In terms of health tracking, the watch includes heart rate, SpO2 sensors and supports 140+ sports modes. For communication, it supports Bluetooth calls, has a speaker and a 3-mics system for clear call quality. It also includes SOS call support, call history and favourite contacts.
