PVC Aadhaar:  If you do not have a PVC Aadhaar Card then you can apply for it very easily. It is strong and is not affected by weather. In such a situation, you can take it in the rain and yet it does not get damaged. If you also want to switch to a PVC card, the government provides you with this facility. 

What is PVC card? 

'Order Aadhaar PVC Card' is a new service launched by UIDAI that facilitates Aadhaar holders to get their Aadhaar details printed on PVC cards by paying a nominal fee. Residents who do not have a registered mobile number can also order using a non-registered/alternative mobile number.

Rs 50 will be charged

For the UIDAI Aadhaar PVC card, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50.

Online Application Process for PVC Aadhar Card 

Go to the UIDAI website (URL UIDAI).

Click on 'Order Aadhaar PVC Card' in the 'My Aadhaar' section.

Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number 16 16-digit Virtual ID or 28-digit EID.

Enter the security code or captcha.

Click on 'Send OTP'.

An OTP will come on your registered mobile number.

Enter OTP and click on the 'Submit' button.

A preview copy of the PVC card will appear.

Verify the information and 'Place Order'.

Pay ₹50.

Your application will be submitted and sent to your home.
