Will be launched on 9th July

The Redmi 13 5G phone will be launched on July 9 at 12 noon. It is going to look similar to the previous Redmi 12 phone. But the company has made minor changes to make it more attractive. According to leaked pictures, this phone will be box-sized and will have two cameras on the back. This phone can come in pink and blue colors. Xiaomi says that Redmi 13 will have a 'crystal glass design', which will give a premium phone experience even at a low price.

There will be a big screen

Full details about the screen of Redmi 13 5G are not yet available, but the company claims that it will have the largest screen according to its price. There will be a small hole at the top of the front of the phone where the camera will be installed. The company has definitely said that the screen will have a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 which will protect the screen. As seen in the teaser image, the edges of the screen are likely to be thinner than the previous model. It is worth noting that the Redmi 12 5G had a 6.79-inch LCD screen, so it is possible that the new phone may also be of the same size or slightly larger than that.

The company has said that the Redmi 13 5G will have Qualcomm's Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor like the older phone. Amazon has also confirmed that this phone will have a 5030mAh battery that will support 33W fast charging. A charger is also likely to come with the package as Xiaomi has not stopped providing chargers with its phones yet. The rest of the features are not known yet but are expected to be revealed soon.

The price will be affordable

To recall, the Redmi 12 5G was launched in India with a starting price of Rs 10,999. Its upgraded version, the Redmi 13 5G, is also expected to be priced around the same as there are no major changes. Xiaomi may launch the phone at a slightly higher price and offer bank discounts to budget users. But, its price is not confirmed yet.
