Apple Bug: Apple has recently released iOS 17.5 update and some people have faced a strange problem due to which their old photos have reappeared in their iPhone gallery. It is believed that the iOS 17.5 bug has created a big problem for many iPhone users. These users have shared details about this problem through Reddit this week.

Some users claim that they are seeing old photos that were deleted many years ago. One of the Reddit users says that she found some of her old NSFW photos back in the library, which was shocking to her as she had deleted them back in 2021. They also noticed that the iCloud information for these photos was showing them as if they had recently been uploaded to the cloud.

Why is this problem happening?

Now no one knows what the real problem is, but it is quite strange to see old photos resurfacing which these iPhone users had deleted for some reason or the other. It is being said that there has been a bug in iCloud indexing which has completely changed which content is new and which is old. Still, the question is how iCloud is showing people those photos that were deleted years ago.

Users had this problem before

Only Apple can help in understanding this problem, but it is likely that the company will release a fix for this bug soon so that people do not have to see their deleted content again which they had deleted from their account. This is not the first strange case that iPhone users have faced recently. A few weeks ago, some users claimed that their iPhone alarm did not go off and they got late for work. It was reported that the Clock app could be the cause of the problem here.
