Voting will be held in the first phase on April 19. The seventh phase of elections will be held on June 1. The result will come on June 4. The process of adding names to the voter list is still going on before the elections. If you are 18 years of age or older, you can get your name added to the voting list sitting at home. This is the process:

First of all you have to visit https://voters.eci.gov.in/ .

Now you will have to login by clicking on the option of Form 6 and creating your ID with the mobile number.

Now click on the option of Form 6 and select the state, district and city.

After this, necessary information like mobile number, address, assembly constituency, voter ID number and name of parents etc. will have to be entered.

Now after entering the Aadhar number, date of birth, upload the photo of Aadhar card and birth certificate, enter the captcha code and submit the form.

In this way your process is completed.

Now the voter card will reach your home in about a month.
