Reliance Jio:  Reliance Jio has introduced a new ad-free premium subscription plan for its customers called Premium Annual. This plan comes for 12 months and is priced at Rs 299. In this new plan, users get the facility to watch all the content in 4K quality without any advertisement on the Jio Cinema platform for a whole year. This also includes premium content. Along with this, there is also an option to watch the content offline by downloading it on mobile apps. 

Subscribers can watch exclusive series, movies, Hollywood content, and kids content on any device including smart TVs. This annual premium JioCinema plan has already started and users can subscribe to it through the Jio Cinema website or app.

Benefits of JioCinema's Rs 299 annual plan

The validity of this new premium plan of Jio Cinema is 12 months. This means that all the content on the platform will be available to users for the whole year. Users can enjoy them throughout the year. However, Jio has not yet clarified whether this plan is for use on one screen or more screens, but looking at its price, it is speculated that this plan will be for a single screen. 

Jio Cinema Annual Plan and Monthly Plan

If we compare this annual plan of JioCinema with the monthly plan (which is currently on offer), then its price is Rs 29 per month, which means Rs 348 per year. In this sense, the new Rs 299 plan is cheaper by Rs 49. If we look at the price of the monthly plan without any discount (Rs 59 per month), then the new plan is much cheaper. 

JioCinema Premium Family Plan

Apart from the new Rs 299 annual plan and Rs 29 monthly plan, Jio also offers a Rs 89 family plan. This family plan offers all the benefits of a single-screen plan but also offers the facility to watch content simultaneously on four different devices.
