Jio, Airtel, VI Recharge Plans:  Now, recharging your mobile may cost you a little more. All three telecom companies Jio and Airtel have increased the prices of their mobile data plans. From July 3, the tariff plans of these companies will become expensive. Vodafone-Idea (VI) is also going to do the same from July 4. Telecom companies have made tariff plans expensive by about 25%. This increase has been done after almost three years. Let us tell you how much the prices of tariff plans of Jio, Airtel and Vodafone-Idea have increased and which plan can be beneficial for you.

Jio's affordable plans

Jio's most affordable plan costs Rs 479, which was earlier available for Rs 395. This plan offers 6GB data and unlimited calling with a validity of 84 days. However, it does not have the benefit of 5G. Similarly, there is a plan of Rs 799 (earlier Rs 666), which offers 1.5GB 4G data per day and this plan also does not include 5G benefits. Some of Jio's plans offer 5G, but their prices start at Rs 859 (earlier Rs 719).

Airtel's affordable plans

Airtel has three prepaid plans with a validity of 84 days. The cheapest plan costs Rs 509 (earlier Rs 455), which offers 6 GB 4G data and unlimited calling. The second plan costs Rs 859 (earlier Rs 719), which offers 1.5GB 4G data daily along with unlimited calling. Both plans do not have the facility of 5G access. 

Airtel's third plan with 84 days validity is priced at Rs 979 (earlier Rs 839) and offers 2GB 4G data per day along with unlimited calling and 5G network access. This plan is best for those who spend more mobile data. 

VI's affordable plans

Vodafone-Idea will also offer three different plans with a validity of 84 days. The cheapest plan costs Rs 509 (earlier Rs 459), which offers 6GB 4G data with unlimited calling. The second plan costs Rs 859 (earlier Rs 719), which offers 1.5GB 4G data per day. VI's most expensive quarterly plan costs Rs 979 (earlier Rs 839).

Which plan is better

If you do not use much data, then Jio's plan of Rs 479 is the most economical for you. On the other hand, if you use more data and also want 5G service, then you can take Jio or Airtel's plan of Rs 859.
