Instagram Tips: Instagram secretly listens to you, so make this setting!

Instagram users may not be aware that they are being tracked, but you have the option to easily stop this tracking. Let us know how.

First of all open the Instagram app on your phone. After opening the app, click on the profile picture shown at the bottom. As soon as you click on the photo, you will see three lines on the top right corner, click on those lines.

After this, you will reach the Instagram Settings and Activity section. Here you have to first click on the Account Center option. Then, you need to tap on the option labelled "Your Activity off Meta Technologies".

Click on Recent Activity and here you will know which activities Instagram is tracking. Click Clear Previous Activity to delete tracked activities.

For future activity, tap Manage Future Activity to stop Instagram from tracking your activity. Then, you need to click on the option labelled Disconnect Future Activity.
