How to file a complaint in PMO?

A website has been provided to lodge complaints with the Prime Minister's Office: https://www.pmindia.gov.in/hi. By visiting this website, you can register your complaint by clicking on the option “Write to the Prime Minister”. After this, you will be redirected to the CPGRAMS page, where you can lodge your complaint. Once the complaint is filed, you will receive a registration number. Citizens can also upload relevant documents related to the complaint. The information to be filled includes personal details as well as details of the complaint.

You can also send a written complaint through Indian Postal Services to the Prime Minister's Office, South Block, New Delhi, PIN 110011. Alternatively, you can send your complaint via fax to the number 011-23016857.

How is the action taken?
