Facebook and Instagram Outage: Nowadays, most of people use social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. People use these platforms to connect with people all over the world. At around 6.25 am today (May 15), both Facebook and Instagram social media suddenly stopped. But now we are working slowly. These people have problems

According to Downdetector, more than 18,000 people reported that they were having trouble using Instagram. Of these, 59% of people had trouble opening the app, 34% had trouble connecting to the server and 7% had trouble logging in. Many users have also given their reactions regarding this on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter). 

Internet monitoring group NetBlocks also posted about this on X (formerly known as Twitter). The post read, "Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram are down worldwide. This is not a country-specific internet shutdown or filtering issue. #InstagramDown #FacebookDown"

Facebook and Instagram have been closed before too 

This is not the first time that Facebook and Instagram have been down. Even before this, both these social media platforms of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) have been closed. A similar thing happened in March this year when many users reported that they were not able to log in to their Facebook and Instagram accounts. At that time the company had accepted this problem and also apologized to the users.
