The full form of the Apaar ID card is the Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry. It will be just like an Aadhar card. The unique ID of the concerned students will be mentioned on this card. APAAR ID Card: Discussion on APAAR ID Card has been done in ABSS

In the year 2023, a discussion was held in this regard by the Union Ministry of Education at the All India Education Conference (ABSS), in which it was said that there are 30 crore students in the country, out of which about 4.1 crore are in higher education and the other 4 crore are from the skill domain. Registration of all these students is mandatory.
