AC Energy Consumption:  If you run the air conditioner and it keeps running continuously for hours, then believe me, in a place like Delhi NCR, you may have to pay an electricity bill of about ₹ 4000 to ₹ 5000 every month. If you use it more, this bill can increase even more, in such a situation it is important that there should be some settings so that the electricity bill does not increase unnecessarily due to the air conditioner. In such a situation, today we are going to tell you about some easy settings which will not let the electricity bill increase despite running the air conditioner.

1. Air If you use the air conditioner continuously, keep the temperature set between 24°C to 26°C. By doing this, energy consumption can be reduced. Let us tell you that by reducing the temperature by every 1°C, electricity consumption can increase by 6%.

2. If you keep the air filter clean regularly, then, believe me, energy consumption can be reduced to a great extent. Dirty filters reduce airflow and increase power consumption.

3. Use sleep mode at night, it increases the temperature slightly and reduces power consumption. In this case, energy consumption will be reduced

4. If you set the air conditioner on a high fan speed, then more energy is consumed. In such a situation, you should keep the fan speed slow so that energy consumption is kept low.

5. Turn off the AC when you are not in the room or use a timer. This way you can keep energy consumption to a minimum.

If these methods are used, then believe me, the electricity bill due to the air conditioner can see a reduction of 30 to 40%, due to which you can save thousands of rupees every month in electricity bill.
