WhatsApp is one of the most popular instant messaging apps with millions of active users. The app already offers many useful features including messaging, calling, video calling, and payments. But then, there are some features that users are still eagerly waiting for. 

One of these features is to send WhatsApp messages to anyone without saving the phone number. Actually, there is no official way to send a message without saving the number on WhatsApp. But sometimes a situation arises when we have to share any message or document on urgent WhatsApp, but we do not want to save his number on the phone. 


1. Send WhatsApp Messages Through Web Browser Without Saving Phone Number

- Open any web browser on your phone.

- Next, type the link "http://wa.me/91xxxxxxxxxx" and press Enter. (Type the phone number in 'XXXXX' with the country code at the beginning, eg https://wa.me/9876543210.

- After typing the number press enter to open the link.

- Redirect you to the WhatsApp screen Click on the green button that says "Continue to Chat".

- The WhatsApp chat window of the entered mobile number will open. Now you can send messages to them.


2. Send WhatsApp messages through Truecaller without saving the phone number

If you use Truecaller, the app will make it easy for you to direct messages without saving the contact number.

- Open the Truecaller app.

- Type the phone number of the person you want to chat with in the search bar.

The person's Truecaller profile will open.

- Now scroll down and tap on the WhatsApp button available in Profile.

- The whatsApp chat window will open.

- Now you can send a message without saving the contact number.

3. Send WhatsApp messages without saving phone number via Siri Shortcut (iPhone only)

For iPhone users, there is another trick through which they can send messages without saving a number on WhatsApp.

- Open the Apple Shortcuts app on your iPhone.

- Tap on the "Add shortcut" button.

- Now install WhatsApp to non-contact shortcut.

- Once the shortcut is installed, tap on it to run it.

- A pop-up saying "Choose recipient" will appear.

- Now in "Choose recipient" type the number along with the country code (+91- for Indian number).

- The WhatsApp chat thread of the particular number will open and you will be able to message that person.
