Google maps will also display the air quality
Google Map is a well-known app that directs you in the correct directions. But do you know that now it will also help in breathing the fresh air? The quality of the air around you will be shown as smoggy, smoky, otherwise bad, or simply wonderful. It will be seen on both Android and iOS.
This is the best thing that has been updated in Google Map as it will be helpful to you in deciding if you want to go outside or not. According to reports, The Map will show the air quality information from PurpleAir which is a low-cost sensor network that can give you a hyperlocal view of conditions.
If you want to see the feature on Google Maps then tap on the button in the top right corner of your phone's screen, Select Air Quality under map details. You will see the AQI or Air Quality Index numbers and there will be also the guidance for outdoor activities to do as per the air quality around you.
