Yuvraj Singh's 24 year old record broken, this batsman scored 404 runs

A 24-year-old record of former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh has now been broken. The young batsman from Karnataka has broken this record in the final match of BCCI's domestic tournament Cooch Behar Trophy. Karnataka batsman Prakhar Chaturvedi has created history by playing an unbeaten inning of 404 runs against Mumbai at the KSCA Nevule Stadium.

Facing 638 balls, he has achieved a big feat by playing an inning of 46 fours and three sixes. Through this inning, he has now become the batsman to play the biggest innings in the final of Cooch Behar Trophy. In this matter, he left behind Yuvraj Singh, who had scored 358 runs against Bihar team in December 1999.

Yuvraj Singh had played this big innings in front of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The record of playing the biggest innings is in the name of Vijay Jol of Maharashtra. He scored unbeaten 451 runs against Assam in the 2011-12 season.
