But let us tell you that before this, another big battle is going to happen in cricket. In this battle, legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is going to step into the field with the bat once again from India. Actually, the International Masters League is starting today i.e. Saturday 22 February. Its opener match will be played between India and Sri Lanka. In the match, Sachin will be seen captaining Team India and Kumar Sangakkara will be seen captaining the Sri Lankan team.

India-Sri Lanka clash will be held in Mumbai

India Masters and Sri Lanka Masters will clash at DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai from 7.30 pm. Many great players of both the countries will be seen playing in this match once again. Apart from Sachin, dashing all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina and Yusuf Pathan will play together again in this match from India's side. Irfan Pathan and Ambati Rayudu will also challenge Sri Lanka Masters. On the other hand, great players like Kumar Sangakkara, Upul Tharanga and Suranga Lakmal will be seen from Sri Lanka Masters' side.

Let us tell you that 6 teams will participate in the International Masters League. Apart from India and Sri Lanka, legendary players from Australia, West Indies, South Africa and England will be seen playing in the tournament. Legendary cricketer Brian Lara and explosive batsman Chris Gayle will be seen from West Indies in IML. On the other hand, legends like great all-rounder Jacques Kallis and fast bowler Makhaya Ntini will be playing from South Africa. 18 matches will be played between 22 February and 16 March at 3 venues Navi Mumbai, Vadodara and Raipur. The first 5 matches of the tournament will be played in Navi Mumbai, then the next 6 matches in Rajkot and the remaining 7 matches including semi-finals and final will be played in Raipur. During this time all the teams will play 1-1 matches against each other in the group stage. Then the top-4 teams will qualify for the semi-finals, which will clash on 13 and 14 March. The title match will be held on 16 March.
