During India's semi-final match against Australia on March 4 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, captain Rohit Sharma and star batter Virat Kohli were visibly frustrated with spinner Kuldeep Yadav after he failed to collect a throw.

Batting first, Australia managed to score 264 runs in their allotted 50 overs, with Mohammed Shami (3/48), Varun Chakravarthy (2/49), and Ravindra Jadeja (2/40) delivering impressive performances with the ball.

The incident occurred on the final delivery of the 32nd over when Steve Smith nudged a shot toward deep mid-wicket for a single. Virat Kohli quickly retrieved the ball and threw it toward Kuldeep Yadav at the non-striker’s end, but the spinner failed to grab it. Rohit Sharma, who was positioned behind him, collected the ball and was visibly annoyed, while Kohli was also seen expressing his frustration.

Kuldeep had a challenging outing with the ball, conceding 44 runs in his eight overs without taking a wicket. Earlier in the match, Mohammed Shami provided India with an early breakthrough, dismissing Cooper Conolly for a nine-ball duck.

Travis Head played an aggressive knock, smashing five fours and two sixes before being dismissed for 39 by Varun Chakravarthy. Steve Smith anchored Australia's innings with a well-crafted 73 off 96 balls, while Alex Carey contributed a quick 61 off 57 deliveries before being run out by a direct hit from Shreyas Iyer.

India will now look to chase down the target as they aim to secure a spot in the final.
