Right-arm spinner Varun is currently playing in the Champions Trophy, where he has taken a lot of wickets in the two chances he has got so far.

Fast bowler Mohammed Shami has been rewarded for his performance in the Champions Trophy. He has jumped 3 places to 11th position in the latest ICC rankings. Ravindra Jadeja remains at 13th position. Whereas Mohammed Siraj has dropped 2 places to 14th position.
