KCA has not taken any decision on Sanju

Despite Sanju Samson confirming his availability, the Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) has not yet taken any decision regarding him. KCA said about Sanju, 'Sanju Samson has given an update that he is available for selection. However, we have not yet taken any decision regarding including him in the team. The full team in Kerala is already strong and only two matches have been played so far.'

Samson was out of the team due to this negligence.

Sanju Samson also lost the captaincy

Earlier, he had made a splash in the T20 series against South Africa. But Sanju missed a big opportunity in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Not only did he not get a place in the team, but he also lost the captaincy. If he had been a part of the Kerala team, he would have had a chance to lead Kerala in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
