IPL 2024: Bidding will be done on 333 players, these cricketers are included in the base price of Rs 2 crore.
The player auction for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League will take place in Dubai on December 19. The final list of IPL Auction 2024 has been released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. 333 players have been shortlisted for the auction for this edition of IPL. Of these, 214 are Indian and 119 foreign players.
In this auction, all the teams together will be able to buy only 77 players. It has slots for 30 foreign players, who can be seen buying the franchise. 23 players have been given a place in the highest base price of Rs 2 crore.
From India's side, Harshal Patel, Umesh Yadav and Shardul Thakur have fixed the base price of Rs 2 crore. This list includes Australia's Travis Head, Pat Cummins, Steve Smith, Mitchell Starc, Josh English, Josh Hazlewood, Sean Abbott, England's Harry Brook, Brook Chris Woakes, James Vince, Jamie Overton, Adil Rashid, David Willey, Ben Duckett, South Africa's Rillo Russo, Rassie van der Dussen, Gerald Coetzee, New Zealand's Lockie Ferguson, Afghanistan's Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Bangladesh's Mustafizur Rahman are also included.
