With this, he has become the first cricketer to score more than 2000 runs while chasing in all three formats of cricket (Test, ODI, T20). 

Kohli has also become the only Indian cricketer to score two thousand runs while chasing in T20 International. The overall record is in the name of Ireland's Paul Stirling, who has scored 2074 runs.
